Your Mission & Impact:
- Enterprise IT Strategy & Digital Transformation – Define and execute IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on scalability, automation and modernization of key systems.
- ERP Leadership & Business Systems Optimization – Lead the ongoing evolution of large-scale ERP system (Infor experience is a plus, but not required), integrating new modules, add-ons and advanced analytics to improv e business efficiency.
- Technology-Enabled Distribution & Supply Chain Innovation – Drive the adoption of WMS, inventory management systems and eCommerce technologies to improve operational performance and customer experience.
- Cybersecurity, Cloud & IT Infrastructure – Provide strategic leadership over cloud strategy, cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and resilience across the organization.
- Change Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with leaders in all areas of the organization to ensure IT is a driver of business success and not just a support function.
- IT Financial Stewardship & Vendor Management – Oversee IT budgets, optimize costs and manage key partnerships to deliver high-value, strategic investments.
- High-Impact Leadership & Talent Development – Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing IT organization while fostering a culture of agility, innovation and accountability.
