Project Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. The Project Coordinator is responsible for presenting reports and data to the IT Director and Project Team Lead to facilitate informed decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update project task lists with resource assignments.
- Report on change control, including required changes and deadline adjustments.
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members.
- Communicate with business project stakeholders as needed.
- Compile various reports, including the weekly status report.
- Gather project data and statistics for analysis.
- Forecast potential issues to the IT Director and Project Team Lead.
- Schedule meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Develop, evaluate, and execute project strategies.
- Update the project schedule and track deadlines.
- Ensure all resources, artifacts, and paperwork are up to date.
- Maintain oversight of the documentation archive for each project.
