We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow. Key duties include:
- Answering customer calls and scheduling appointments through Service Titan
- Dispatching plumbers to job sites based on urgency and location via Service Titan
- Communicating job details to technicians and clients
- Managing daily schedules to optimize efficiency
- Managing long term projects providing updates to clients as needed
- Maintaining records of service calls and job status
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries
- Pulling permits by city and scheduling inspections once job is completed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling
- Proficiency with scheduling software and tools
