Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: McLean, Tysons Corner, Virginia Office
Job Overview
EnDyna (www.endyna.com) is seeking a dedicated National Grants Program Manager (NGPM) to oversee and manage technical assistance implementation to grantees mainly under the USEPA Community Change Grants (CCG) program. In addition to CCG, NGPM will oversee four other related grant programs of USEPA. NGPM will oversee a national organization of over 150-175 EnDyna personnel plus a comparable number of personnel from fifteen total subcontractors. NGPM will be assisted by managers from EnDyna and from subcontractors. Most of the personnel will be geographically dispersed across nine EPA regions, with some senior managers and centralized functions in Tysons office. The focus areas include compliance support, implementation assistance, system guidance, technical assistance, plan development, educational resources, outreach support, community engagement, and sub-recipient oversight. Job requires Tysons office presence three to four days per week. Some travel to U.S. sites is anticipated.

National Grants Program Manager will oversee the team/organization to ensure:
Education: Completed BA/BS is a must; MS/MBA strongly preferred. Degrees in environmental engineering/sciences, civil/soil engineering or related fields are highly desirable. PMP certification a plus.

- Deliverables are timely and of high quality
- Team members’ productivity and work quality are being managed
- Proactive, ongoing, open communication with EPA’s COR

Experience
- 15 years’ experience in providing technical assistance to communities.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working on large scale federal grant programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in managing 200-300 person teams.
