Technical Support Manager / Trainer
Excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with a coatings background to provide applications support and product training to our global network of managers, distributors and end users. This position will require occasional travel to provide in-field support, but will be primarily based in our Medford, NY headquarters on Long Island .
ENECON is a leading manufacturer of high-performance polymer composites. We are looking for an experienced professional with knowledge of protective coatings, corrosion control, surface preparation and application techniques to provide technical support and training to our global organization. A buildings and machinery maintenance background and / or NACE or AMPP certification a definite plus.
The ideal person would have a technical degree as well as :
5 -10 years of experience in facilities or equipment repair and maintenance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel to provide technical support – about once a quarter on average – domestically as well as internationally.
