- Environmental Site Assessments & Reporting: Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and other diverse projects as needed. Perform site assessments on large wind/solar sites and write technical reports in compliance with ASTM, federal, state, and local regulations
- Analysis & Recommendations: Formulate independent conclusions about the presence of environmental conditions. Provide defensible recommendations and solutions, considering the impact on potential business transactions
- Confidentiality & Travel: Maintain confidentiality regarding property and client-sensitive information. Travel, including overnight, throughout the US as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Construction, or related Sciences field AND a minimum of 3 years in environmental consulting and due diligence experience, including Phase I ESAs
- Property Condition Assessments and Phase II experience is a plus
- Ability to complete multiple projects concurrently with varying scopes of work within short timeframes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills
- Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite and Parcel platform
- Ability to travel up to 40 - 60% of the time to client sites for walkdowns and back to the office to prepare reports
