Base pay : Up to $120,000

There is no limit in the variety of projects, as they continue to deliver high quality services across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor, we pride ourselves on the quality and expertise of our teams, who work across a diverse range of specialties, including New Construction, Mechanical Service, Industrial Refrigeration, and Manufacturing solutions.
We are looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent that is eager to work on Mission Critical Data Center projects in the Richmond, Virginia location.
Duties :
- Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, communicating policies to the team and supervising work activities.
- Assign tasks to workers, interpret specifications and blueprints, and ensure field installations align with plans.
- Review and release shop drawings and spool drawings for timely execution and inspect work for conformance to specifications.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, attend project meetings, and maintain documentation with daily reports and photos.
