MEP Assistant Construction Superintendent - Data Centers

Base pay: Up to $120,000
This Large MEP Contractor is well known for their work in Commercial and Industrial sectors across the Mid-South. There is a large variety of projects, delivering high quality services across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor, priding themselves on the quality and expertise of their teams, who work across a diverse range of specialties, including New Construction, Mechanical Service, Industrial Refrigeration, and Manufacturing solutions.
We are looking for an MEP Assistant Construction Superintendent that is eager to work on Mission Critical Data Center projects in the Richmond, Virginia location.
Duties:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, communicating policies to the team and supervising work activities.
- Assign tasks to workers, interpret specifications and blueprints, and ensure field installations align with plans.
- Review and release shop drawings and spool drawings for timely execution and inspect work for conformance to specifications.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, attend project meetings, and maintain documentation with daily reports and photos.
Essentials:
- At least 3 years MEP industry experience, including journeyman/supervisory experience - Data Center projects preferred
- Extensive knowledge of International Codes and general HVAC and plumbing systems standards and effectively managing mechanical systems
- Ability to read and understand project-related documents
- Ability to use Procore is desirable
- Must have Electrical/Mechanical (MEP) instillation experience on US based projects!
