Position Summary:The Associate Manager, Customer Supply Chain will be customer-facing and customer-influencing working closely with the Commercial Sales team as well as Energizer Supply Chain teams to maintain customer relationships, KPIs and oversee all replenishment functions, while managing the projects and analytics needed to identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiencies through the end-to-end supply chain. You will also be a key point of contact with the customer’s Replenishment & Supply Chain teams for all store and DC replenishment issues, strategies, and initiatives to provide analytical support to deliver service levels, forecast accuracy, fine reduction, and customer KPIs.
Responsibilities:- Primary focus on driving sales and profits through innovative replenishment approaches, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to ensure store-level and DC-level inventories are in line with the company’s objectives
- Key point of contact with customers’ Replenishment & Supply Chain Teams for all store, DC, and eCommerce replenishment issues, strategies, and initiatives
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers that interface with replenishment
- Drive operational efficiencies to reduce overall supply cost and improve performance
- Collaborate with customer replenishment teams to drive corporate replenishment strategies and ensure all key replenishment metrics are met
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize metrics and POS
- Oversee Energizer inventory and service level/in-stock position to ensure smooth flow of merchandise into and out of DCs, stores, and online
- Analyze large quantities of data to help the Supply Chain Team, Demand Planners, and Sales Team make decisions that drive value and identify inventory issues both internally and at the customer
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of supply chain management across Auto Care Supply Chain, Product Supply, and Commercial teams
- Ensure Auto Care meets customer requirements regarding Supply Chain scorecard management
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Organization Effectiveness, or related) or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years' experience within Product Supply, Supply Chain, or Customer Supply Management
- Previous customer-facing experience in a CPG Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales role(s)
- Analytical skills/abilities to analyze data from various systems to get to the opportunity/root cause
- Aptitude to work within core and PC based system applications (SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MBA - preferred
- Auto aftermarket experience - preferred
- Category or Customer Supply Chain Manager experience - preferred

Total Rewards Package: The salary range for this position is USD $87,300.00/Yr. -Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
