As a Customer Supply Chain Manager supporting Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring Haleon’s products are available for consumers when and where they need them. You will serve as the primary supply chain partner for Walmart account, collaborating with internal teams and Walmart’s replenishment organization to drive service excellence, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your work will directly contribute to Haleon’s mission of making better everyday health more accessible to all.

Customer Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Act as the main supply chain liaison between Haleon and Walmart, building strong collaborative relationships with Walmart’s replenishment/merchandising operations teams.
- Engage in joint business planning and regular supply chain meetings to align on inventory strategies, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively readdress supply chain challenges, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s priorities and Haleon’s business goals.
Forecasting & Inventory Management:
- Partner with Haleon’s demand planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with Walmart’s replenishment needs.
- Monitor and optimize Walmart’s inventory levels to maintain high service levels and minimize out-of-stocks or overstock situations.
- Analyze sales and supply data using Retail Link and Luminate to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with broader Haleon team to lead the development of shipment forecast
Operational Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to Walmart’s distribution network.
- Ensure compliance with Walmart’s supply chain standards, including OTIF (On Time In Full) and SQEP (Supplier Quality Excellence Program).
- Coordinate with internal cross functional teams (sales, supply chain, logistics, marketing) to execute promotional activities, new product launches, and seasonal demand surge activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide detailed reporting on supply chain performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
- Analyze and action against key metrics such as fill-rate, on-time delivery and instocks.
*The position is located in Rogers, AR and operates on a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days of in-office presence.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years' experience as a supplier Customer Supply Chain/Replenishment professional working with Walmart Replenishment/Merchandising Operations
- GRS Forecasting experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in Walmart's Retail Link/ Scintilla
- Self-starter who will proactively manage and improve their business unit through strategies and customer relationship
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Working knowledge in PowerBI & SAP.
