Position Summary
The Manager, Customer Supply Chain will work closely with the Commercial team as well as EHI Supply Chain teams and is responsible for maintaining customer KPIs and inventory flow/control, while maximizing growth and efficiencies within the supply chain. This position will oversee all below replenishment functions for assigned customers. This position will also manage the projects and analytics needed to identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiencies through the end-to-end supply chain. This role is expected to be a customer-facing and customer-influencing role and the right candidate will have the competencies to support these expectations.

Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is USD $104,600.00/Yr. - USD $160,000.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Primary focus on driving sales and profits through innovative replenishment approaches, industry knowledge and technical expertise to ensure store level and DC level inventories are in line with the company’s objectives
- Key point of contact with customer’s Replenishment & Supply Chain Teams, for all store, DC and ecommerce replenishment issues, strategies, and initiatives
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers that interface with replenishment
- Drive operational efficiencies to reduce overall supply cost and improve performance
- Collaborate with customer replenishment teams to drive corporate replenishment strategies and ensure all key replenishment metrics are met. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize metrics and POS
- Oversee EHI inventory and service level/in-stock position to ensure smooth flow of merchandise into and out of DCs, stores and online
- Analyze large quantities of data to help the Supply Chain Team, Demand Planners and Sales Team make decision that drive value and identify inventory issues both internally and at the customer
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of supply chain management across Auto Care Supply Chain, Product Supply and Commercial teams
- Assure Auto Care meets customer requirements regarding Supply Chain scorecard management
- Willing to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Organization Effectiveness or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Product Supply, Supply Chain (transportation, DC operations, OTC or operational planning) or Customer Supply Management
- Minimum 2 years directly or indirectly managing a team
- Customer-facing experience in a Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales
- Analytical skills/abilities to analyze data from various systems to identify to opportunity/root cause
- Aptitude to work within core and PC based system applications (SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MBA preferred
- Previous experience as a Category or Customer Supply Chain Manager preferred
- Auto aftermarket experience preferred
