Position Objectives
- Manage and strengthen client relations to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Co-manage projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise employees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Develop new scopes of work based on clients' strategic goals and needs, fostering innovation and tailored solutions.
- Ensure quality of services and products, maintaining contract compliance and performance measures.
- Maintain project deliverable schedules for multiple projects, coordinating efforts with direct reports.
- Exercise financial responsibility and oversight for projects, including adherence to budgets and revenue targets.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts to support corporate and division reporting.
- Foster knowledge management and program management best practices across the division.
- Identify and support marketing opportunities, contributing to securing new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop new business opportunities with clients, actively seeking and securing additional projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience delivering public-facing services on behalf of utilities or government clients.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience hiring, supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage client engagement and project delivery across a team of multiple project managers.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to approximately 20% of the time.
- Degree in business administration, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing the implementation of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electrification programs for commercial, industrial, public sector, utility, or multifamily facilities.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing grants and funding for energy programs.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the energy industry, such as smart grids, distributed energy resources, or electric vehicle integration.
- Professional certifications related to energy management, project management, or sustainability (e.g., Certified Energy Manager - CEM, Project Management Professional - PMP, LEED accreditation, or similar).

- $140,000-175,000 annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Performance bonus dependent on company and personal performance.
