Individual projects include working on Mixed Use Leisure developments, Commercial as well as Education, Healthcare and Residential. Values can range from £1 - 20 million plus.
THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on projects across a range of sectors which provides an excellent opportunity for someone who has perhaps become pigeonholed in one sector with a larger Consultancy.

THE CANDIDATE
The Successful Project Manager Must
- Have a construction related degree
- Have some industry experience either as a Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Engineer although fresh Graduates will also be considered
- Have a great attitude and work ethic
- Have good communication and client facing skills
- Excellent company culture and flat management structure
- Opportunity to work on some exciting projects across multiple sectors
- Industry leading training chartership support
- Excellent track record or progressing Graduates to Senior management positions
