C&C Market Research is a Market Research Company. We are located in 32 shopping malls throughout the country. We are currently looking for a Facility Manager at our Fort Smith location in Central Mall Fort Smith. Our clients use our facilities primarily for data collection, product testing and advertising development. We pay our customers for giving their honest feedback on new products and ideas.
Manager responsibilities include oversight and management of all qualitative and quantitative projects being booked into the location; all areas of project execution; meeting project deadlines; managing client’s needs; maintaining and managing staff; project and staff briefings on jobs; inventory control; meeting budgets while controlling costs.
Job Requirements: Self-starter; managerial/supervisory experience; positive attitude; ability to work under pressure; ability to multi-task; strong customer service skills; financial and budgetary understanding; ability to meet deadlines; ability to hire, manage, motivate and maintain a staff.
Computer Skills should include Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook Email, Word and Excel and Teams
