Job Summary
As a Development Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful development of utility-scale energy projects across the United States. You will be responsible for tracking project tasks, ensuring compliance with agency requirements, facilitating client communications, and assisting in the overall project coordination. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality project-related documents will be essential to the team's success.

Job Responsibilities
- Stay updated on agency requirements and regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Provide PUCN updates for various states, including California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, etc.
- Assist Project Managers (PMs) with performing site analysis (CIAs) by conducting all associated research.
- Provide ArcGIS or Google Earth exhibits for PMs.
- Assist with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) SF-299 and Plan of Development (POD) drafts.
- Assist PMs and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) in facilitating client communications.
- Create, proofread, edit, format, and finalize project-related documents, site plans, technical memos, and reports, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, project setup, and schedule coordination.
- Electronically file and enter data following the company's document management policy and protocol.
- Assist PMs in the administrative process for job setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable collections.
- Collaborate with project teams located in multiple locations across the United States.
- Organize conference calls, track action items and meeting notes, and follow up on actions as needed.
- Actively communicate ideas for improving company and project processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Collaborate with PMs to coordinate and resolve project-related issues.
