Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Office of Ethics and Compliance and the overall operation of the Compliance and Ethics Program by supporting due diligence on foreign third parties, testing compliance and anti-corruption controls, and supporting the privacy function.
- Perform third-party and counter-party due diligence, communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and legal teams.
- Assist with testing controls that mitigate compliance risks.
- Assist with supporting and coordinating privacy-related activities, responding to privacy inquiries, and supporting the implementation of privacy policies and procedures.
- Assist with the monitoring and testing of international transactions and project expenditures subject to anti-bribery and corruption laws.
- Assist in developing risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
· The Associate Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job related experience
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
· The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
Working Conditions
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
· Usually, normal office working conditions.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
· Occasional overnight travel may be required.
· Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
