As an Associate, you will:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide top-notch support over calls, email, or the EWN Platform.
- Assist clients in navigating EWN’s products, ensuring they maximize value from our services.
- Solve customer challenges effectively, leveraging critical thinking and communication skills.

- Collaborate with mentors, peers, and partners to gain in-depth knowledge of EWN’s offerings.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer-facing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Customer service, account management, or sales experience in the oil, gas, or energy industries.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid remote, blending in-office and remote work.
- Shift Schedule: Various shifts available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- Travel: Up to 25%.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to 15 lbs.
