Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of technical support requests, ensuring timely resolution and a seamless experience for users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and peripheral issues, helping improve overall IT performance.
- Manage service desk ticketing systems, track recurring issues, and work with vendors to find efficient solutions.
