Job Description:
- Generate and analyze HR reports from ADP and other HR systems.
- Interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Support compensation analysis to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Assist with process improvements related to HR analytics and compliance reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience running reports and analyzing HR data within ADP.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
