Job Description:

• Generate and analyze HR reports from ADP and other HR systems.
• Interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Support compensation analysis to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Assist with process improvements related to HR analytics and compliance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience running reports and analyzing HR data within ADP.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
