About the Position

EnerStaff LLC is seeking an experienced Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Assist with billing procedures and processes.
  • Troubleshoot billing inquiries for local operation assistants.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
