Job Summary:
As our Office Operations Assistant, you’ll be responsible for reviewing company credit card purchases, maintaining attendance records, coordinating purchases for field staff, and helping manage our fleet of vehicles. You’ll work closely with both the office and field teams and will receive training on all company systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review company credit card receipts submitted by staff to ensure they are accurate and business-related
- Maintain and update staff attendance records
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of supplies and products for field cleaning teams
- Monitor fleet vehicle activity using Linxup (vehicle tracking software)
- Track and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and any necessary repairs
- Assist with general office tasks and coordination of daily operations
Software Used:
- Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Adobe (basic use)
- Workforce (for scheduling/attendance – training provided)
- Linxup (fleet tracking – training provided)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional coordination outside business hours may be required for vehicle-related issues
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently
- Willingness to learn new software and processes
- Prior office experience is helpful but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
