The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, top-notch analyst, and hands-on contributor. The individual will work directly with Enertia teams to ensure superior execution and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand specific needs, challenges, and goals. Quickly establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Software Implementations & Upgrades: Lead or support the implementation or upgrade of software solutions. Identify and complete post-implementation projects including divestitures and mergers & acquisitions.
- Project Management: Manage complex projects effectively and efficiently by managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Software Solutions Assessment: Assess client requirements and create requirements, gaps, and functional specifications documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional Enertia teams including customer engagement managers, software developers, subject matter experts, implementation consultants, and support personnel.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients

- Project Management knowledge and ability to drive projects
- Ability to keep client projects on track and within budget
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

- Basic understanding of upstream oil and gas
- Up to 80% travel required
- Ability to work remotely (accessibility to work remotely) required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of project-related experience
- Preferred experience in upstream oil/gas
- Preferred experience with Enertia software or software implementations
