Position Overview:
Provide administrative support to human resources and business management. This position requires exceptional customer service and the ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external customers at all levels of the organization. Duties include a focus on human resources support while managing front end processes.
Essential Functions:
It is essential for all employees to adhere to Company policies.
- Greet visitors upon their arrival to Enflite
- Maintain guest logbook at front desk, issue visitor badges and direct visitors to appropriate person
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with all aspects of internal and external meetings
- Maintain confidential department records and files in accordance with internal company procedures
- Performs periodic audits of HR records to ensure required documentation is maintained
- Assist with HR forms and policies updates
- Assist with recruiting, job postings, scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding, employee information and general HR administrative duties
Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Familiarity with a human resource information system (HRIS), such as Paycom, preferred
Education, Certifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience of administrative or comparable experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment.
