Reports to: Director of Operations
Description / Responsibilities:
· Responsible for coordinating and enforcing hiring, performance reviews, and exiting process
· Manage the Human Resources calendar
· Payroll processing including tracking company PTO and ensuring timely 401K deposits
· Keep an accurate record of current company employee benefits and suggest new benefit opportunities that fit with company structure
· Maintain employee personnel files
· Manage Grace Hill training program
· Keeper of all Employee Role Descriptions
· Mediate and document internal employee conflicts
· Monitor and respond to legal complaints brought against the company
· Be present with management at final employee warning meetings and terminations
· Serve as point of contact for employee benefit related issues
· Stay current on labor laws to ensure compliance
· Maintain the Human Resource Guides and Employee Handbook
· Employee awards
· Employee surveys
· Complete any required reporting as necessary
· Complete all training as required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
