Role: Maintenance Porter
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Description / Responsibilities:
· Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound
· Responsible for upkeep of grounds including –
- Pool
- Trash pickup and disposal
- Pet waste testing, pickup and disposal
- Empty and restock pet waste station(s)
- Document found and known issues
· Required to lift or handle 80-100lbs on a regular basis
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
· Assist Maintenance Technician with tenant trash outs
· Crosstrain with Maintenance Technician as needed or required
· Be an active participant in maintenance team Group Text
· Attend monthly conference call, quarterly team meeting in person and semiannual team training in person
· This is a safety sensitive position
· Backup for Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
