Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (three days in office, two remote) role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, marketing objectives, and KPIs. This role will also involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans and managing media campaigns to exceed clients' expectations. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams, as well as ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with digital marketing practices, including social media, search, programmatic, video, audio, display, native, gaming, and apps
- Experience with media buying, planning, and optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Skilled at building presentations (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Skilled in spreadsheets using Excel and / or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
- Experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a must!
