This individual will utilize prospecting and consultative selling skills, high energy, and initiative to sell, onboard, and support the utilization of traditional orthodontic products and education within their territory.
The ideal candidate will have a background in dental, orthodontics, or traditional orthodontic products, along with proven sales experience. They should be motivated to work independently while balancing a hybrid work model of outbound prospecting calls and in-person sales follow-ups. This role requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory, maintaining a set number of meetings per day, week, and month to support rapid growth. Candidates must reside in Texas within the designated territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting New Customers (Primary)
- Create and deliver an exceptional customer experience as a strategic partner to dentists, helping them achieve their practice goals through traditional orthodontic products and education.
- Proactively prospect GPs through cold and warm outreach via in-person meetings, email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify, identify, and transition new sales opportunities by conducting product demonstrations.
- Follow structured sales activity cadences and achieve weekly outreach and meeting goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records by logging all activities and notes in CRM.
- Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness and successfully convert prospects into accounts.
- Represent the company at customer events and trade shows, including regional and national industry events.
- Leverage educational events to strengthen brand positioning and attract new customers.
Implementation & Onboarding of New Customers
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective dentists (GPs).
- Provide guidance on successfully integrating traditional orthodontic products into their practice or transitioning from an existing vendor.
- Onboard new doctors using an established training process.
- Educate doctors on the competitive advantages of the company’s traditional orthodontic solutions.
- Train customers on submission portals, software, workflows, and troubleshooting.
Growing Existing Customers
- Ensure customers are maximizing available marketing tools to drive sales.
- Provide additional training and support for doctors as needed.
- Proactively engage with doctors to convert pending cases and address any challenges.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with key accounts to gather feedback and optimize support strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by improving key metrics, including customer engagement, sales volume, and revenue per case.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
