We’re Hiring: North America Sales Manager- Dental and Ortho.
We’re excited to announce an incredible opportunity to join our team as a North America Sales Manager! This pivotal role combines leadership, strategy, and collaboration across departments like Finance, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to drive sales growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of 4-10 field representatives.
- Manage sales processes, analyze performance metrics, and optimize digital sales platforms.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers through exceptional account management and business development.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, seminars, and in-person client meetings to close deals and introduce new products.
What We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned sales leader with 8-10 years of sales management experience, in the Health, Ortho and Dental industries.
- Strong negotiator with a track record of closing deals and achieving top performance.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred) to track sales pipelines and optimize results.
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven experience managing inside and outside sales teams within the Dental or Ortho industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (MBA a plus).
- Willingness to travel 40-60% to connect with clients and attend industry events.
