- 3-4 years of work experience, including 2 years of recent operational accounting experience.
- Experience in month-end/year-end accounting and close processes.
- Experience in account reconciliations, including payroll, investments, prepaids, accruals, and others.
- GAAP, accrual, and cash basis accounting experience required.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting variances and correcting inaccuracies.
Software Experience
- 2 years of QuickBooks experience required.
- QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification not required but is a plus.
- Extensive experience in Excel, including ability to create complex formulas required.
- Bill.com certification not required but is a plus.
- Sage Intacct, Xero experience not required but is a plus.
