Production Assembler

Engage Sporting is a multi-faceted company in Oxford, FL currently manufacturing the country’s only 100% made in the USA pickleball paddles.

Production Assembler contribute to the overall on time delivery of quality product to our customers. The role of the assembly associate is to produce Sporting Goods equipment in a timely manner and within our product specifications and quality controls.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Following work instructions and product guidelines.
• Inspect parts and report defective / questionable materials to supervisor.
• Measure, weigh, or count materials and product prior to assembling.
• Assemble products per supplied specifications and guidelines.
• Provide quality checks and control while assembling to ensure high quality products.
• Complete daily production schedule demands.
• Report / track daily productivity and report to management.
• Position requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand, speak and read English.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently and safely
• Must have fine motor skills / dexterity in order to apply adhesive to small area
• Previous production or assembly experience a plus
