Engage Young Adult Transitions is seeking a full-time Program Director to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, which includes therapists, life coaches, case managers, a nurse, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a dietitian. Job Duties
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and supervising employees.
- Actively participate in program development as a member of Engage’s Leadership team.
- Collaborate with therapists, life coaches, and case managers.
- Support accreditation and licensure standards.
- Oversee HR responsibilities for life coaches and case mangers.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff, enhancing team competency and retention.
- Collaboratively oversee program operations with Engage’s administrative assistant, ensuring effective daily functioning.
- Oversee budgets and approve timesheets.
- Work collaboratively with Engage directors to continuously improve program offerings to meet client needs.
- Collaborate on admissions and marketing efforts.
- Be part of Engage’s on-call team.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree preferred.
