Located in Cedar City - Engage Young Adult Transitions is seeking a full-time Residential Director to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, which includes therapists, life coaches, case managers, a nurse, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a dietitian. We are looking for an inspiring leader who excels in a collaborative setting and is passionate about supporting young adults facing mental health challenges that often limit their independence. Job Duties

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and supervising employees.
  • Actively participate in program development as a member of Engage’s Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with therapists, life coaches, and case managers.
  • Support accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Oversee HR responsibilities for life coaches and case mangers.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, enhancing team competency and retention.
  • Collaboratively oversee program operations with Engage’s administrative assistant, ensuring effective daily functioning.
  • Oversee budgets and approve timesheets.
  • Work collaboratively with Engage directors to continuously improve program offerings to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate on admissions and marketing efforts.
  • Be part of Engage’s on-call team.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree preferred.
