Salary : Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior UX / UI Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for our cutting-edge AI-driven AR / VR and mixed reality applications, as well as our SaaS platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of immersive technologies, exceptional design skills, and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership : Lead the UX / UI design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across AR / VR, mixed reality, and SaaS platforms.
  • User-Centered Design : Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define the user experience and identify design opportunities.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing : Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, and design concepts to visualize ideas and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Visual Design : Craft aesthetically appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with branding guidelines while enhancing usability and engagement.
  • Interaction Design : Design intuitive and immersive interfaces for AR / VR / MR applications that enhance user interactions in 3D and spatial environments.
  • AR / VR / MR Solutions : Apply best practices for designing in mixed reality, including spatial UX / UI principles and holographic design patterns.
  • SaaS Platform Design : Craft compelling dashboards, analytics tools, and user workflows tailored to AI-driven solutions. Optimize designs for cross-platform accessibility and scalability.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI / ML teams to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and effectively implemented.
  • Accessibility & Inclusivity : Advocate for accessibility standards, ensuring designs are inclusive and meet diverse user needs.
  • Emerging Trends : Stay up to date on the latest trends in UX / UI design, AR / VR, and AI technologies to integrate innovative approaches into projects.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive design documentation and guidelines for consistent implementation across products.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in UX / UI design, with at least 2 years focused on AR / VR, mixed reality, or 3D applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Sketch, Proto.io, or Axure RP.
  • Experience designing for AR / VR platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts and their application in UX design.
  • Proven ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UX / UI projects, with emphasis on AR / VR and SaaS platforms.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation for immersive experiences.
  • Knowledge of front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.
