Engaging Minds is growing and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our enthusiastic team. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy of the highest quality to children of all ages and functioning levels. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-assessments
- Face to face weekly consultation with clients
- Complete a minimum of 24 billable hours per week as a FT individual
- Analyze & modify data on a consistent and on-going basis
- Train and mentor behavior technicians on ABA principles and approaches, and upon each client’s needs
- Provide direct RBT supervision
- Conduct monthly parent trainings
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with each client’s family
- Provide supervision to Master’s students, if applicable
- Practice professional communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in applicable field OR Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Must posses BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Participate in Continuing Education as outlined through the BACB
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication, and attention to detail
- Must maintain a clean criminal record
- Must adhere to Ethical Guidelines set forth by the BACB
- Experience with Microsoft
