Engaging Minds Autism Services is expanding—and we're looking for passionate, driven, and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistant Analysts (BCBAs & BCaBAs) to grow with us!
We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-assessments
- Develop individualized treatment and transition plans
- Provide weekly face-to-face client and RBT supervision
- Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making
- Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians (RBTs)
- Lead monthly parent training sessions
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure collaboration and progress
- Provide supervision to ABA students, as applicable
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in team collaboration
- Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Maintain clean criminal background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines
- Ongoing participation in continuing education
