Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight and execution of maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
- Utilization of ERP and CMMS systems for tracking and managing maintenance activities.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics to diagnose and repair issues.
- Management of fabrication and machine shop tools.
- Coordination of large-scale facility projects and vendor management.
- Compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and development of a high-performing technical maintenance team.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale industrial maintenance projects (preferably in plastic injection molding).
- 10 years of experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Trade licensure, technical degree, or journeyman certificate in facilities or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Ability to work any shift and respond to emergency calls 24/7.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC installations.
- Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers safely.
Physical Requirements:
