Our manufacturing client is seeking a full-time, Facilities & Maintenance Manager in New Berlin, WI to oversee building maintenance, equipment, and safety programs. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace while driving a culture of safety and sustainability.
Job Title : Facilities and Maintenance Manager
Location : New Berlin, WI
Pay Range : $95K-$115K
What You’ll Do :
- Manage facility maintenance and improvements
- Lead safety and environmental programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Manages all aspects of facility maintenance for two manufacturing facilities and all manufacturing equipment within the facilities.
- Oversees and directs daily activities of maintenance personnel engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for constructions and acquisitions.
Hours : 6a-2 : 30p (flexible)
