Maintenance Supervisor
📍 Location: Mukwonago, WI
💰 Salary: $83,250 - $101,750
🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call as needed)

Engauge is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facility systems and equipment. This role requires managing large-scale projects and coordinating vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee and execute maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
✅ Utilize ERP and CMMS systems for tracking and managing maintenance activities.
✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose and repair issues.
✅ Manage fabrication and machine shop tools efficiently.
✅ Coordinate large-scale facility projects and vendor management.
✅ Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
✅ Lead and develop a high-performing technical maintenance team.
Required Qualifications:
✔️ 10 years of experience managing large-scale industrial maintenance projects (preferably in plastic injection molding).
✔️ 10 years of experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Trade Licensure, Technical Degree, or Journeyman Certificate in Facilities or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
✔️ Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
✔️ Ability to work any shift and respond to emergency calls 24/7.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills for facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC installations.
✔️ Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers safely.
Physical Requirements:
🔹 Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
🔹 Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
🔹 Ability to bend, twist, and reach into tight spaces.
🔹 Occasional exposure to inclement weather.
