Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs in our ERP system to maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify and resolve problems quickly.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procure necessary components for maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding maintenance or a related field.
- Prior experience as a maintenance technician in a plastics injection molding manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and basic electrical circuit systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
