Job Summary: Enter customer orders and quotes, and handle all customer issues and complaints on shipping and invoicing matters. Processes returns and assists with any return issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Enters orders and quotes.
Fixes invoicing corrections for Accounting. Researches freight invoices and invoices customers for freight costs. (70%)
? Runs backorder reports and addresses invoicing, returns, and shipping issues. Responds to customs issues and processes paperwork for shipping companies so parts can be delivered to customer. (25%)
? Responsible for manual orders. Provides ebais and eprom orders to Engineering and monitors the lead time for shipping. (5%)
? Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Educational/Training Requirement:
? Associate’s Degree in Business Management or Accounting preferred.
Experience:
? Minimum two (2) years' experience in related field
. Licenses/Certifications:
? None required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Good customer relation/communication skills
? Computer literate in Office; Outlook and Excel required
? Must be able to fluently read/speak/write English and Spanish
? SAP experience preferred
? Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
