Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws throughout all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage real estate administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and property disclosures.
- Maintain relationships with property management teams to facilitate smooth transactions for clients
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for client interests effectively.
