Position Description:
Reporting to our Compliance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detailed-oriented, and experienced Administrative Assistant. This individual will be performing general administrative duties including, but not limited to:
Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Answering phones and directing them to the appropriate person/department
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing USPS mail, UPS, Federal Express
- Typing/filing of documents and invoices
- Ordering supplies (office, vending, coffee)
- Data Entry/Clerical support to Compliance Department
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a “team player”
- Ability to operate standard office equipment; copier/printer/fax, postage machine, KIP (will train)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as requested
- Possess regular and predictable attendance
This position is 40 hours a week 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.
