Ever wanted to work on cutting-edge combat training systems for the United States Navy ? We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to develop and integrate next-gen electronic training and combat systems supporting the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC). This role places you at the heart of innovation, working alongside SMEs, System Engineers, and top-tier developers to shape the future of naval warfare training.
What Youll Do
- Gain technical expertise in Aegis Baselines and other Navy electronic systems
- Work with SMEs and engineers to identify and prioritize software development tasks
- Develop high-performance software that translates real-world mission needs into powerful technical solutions
- Debug software, verify systems, and refine code to ensure mission-readiness
What You Bring
5 years of Software Engineering experience
Proficiency in C, C , Python, Java, JavaScript
Experience with VS Code, JIRA, GitLab, and Linux environments (Ubuntu / RedHat)
Debugging & verification testing experience
Strong technical writing skills for engineering documentation
Agile development experience in mission-critical environments
