What You Can Expect
As an Administrative Assistant for the ENGIE B2B Supply business, you will provide administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice Presidents. Specifically, the role includes expense, travel, and organization assignments in support of the above listed leaders.
- Perform complex and confidential administrative tasks, including those that are sensitive and confidential in nature
- Coordinate calendars, reserve meeting space and set up meetings involving ENGIE Resources staff, other ENGIE employees, and external business partners
- Organize and coordinate the facilitation of internal VIP visits from Global Business Unit leadership and North America Executive Committee members
- Organize staff meetings, ad-hoc office events and employee offsite
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Support field travel for the CEO, COO and Vice Presidents, including conferences, meetings with clients, etc.
- Coordinate document and contract signatures with local business administrators, distribute mail, and assist with outgoing mail and FedEx
- Prepare internal and external correspondence using professional writing skills

Salary Range : $55,300 - $84,755 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
