The Role
We believe that small, collaborative, and cross-functional teams are best equipped to ship the most optimal project outcomes. Within these teams, members of our Strategy group help to bring focus and direction, ensuring the work we produce is supported by principles, delivering on the needs and expectations of both end users and the business.
As an Intermediate UX Strategist, you’ll support the research, planning, and design of digital experiences, products, and services. You’ll collaborate with visual designers, strategists, writers, and engineers to produce a range of deliverables that help bring our work into clarity. This includes everything from rough sketches to schematics, from mockups to prototypes. Through workshops, concepting sprints, and various other methods, you’ll contribute to solutions that help our clients improve how they engage with customers and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop a clear understanding of your clients, their business, needs, and objectives
- Support the research process from planning through analysis of findings
- Participate in concepting, ideation, and the design of digital experiences, striking a balance between best practices and innovation
- Help develop deliverables such as personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Support the planning and facilitation of stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Collaborate with your team to ensure we’re considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, technology, and integrations
- Participate in presentations to internal teams and client stakeholder groups
