Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative

Engine Power Source, a leading distributor of high-quality Kubota diesel engines and parts, is seeking an Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this inbound sales role, you will be responsible for assisting dealers in our region with parts orders, ensuring they receive the correct parts for their repair needs. This position closely mirrors a customer service role, with a focus on providing exceptional service and expertise to our customers while processing orders efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls and respond to emails from dealers and customers, assisting with parts identification, questions and order processing.
• Process orders for aftermarket parts based on customer requirements and engine specifications.
• Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and parts details.
• Collaborate with our warehouse and service teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Utilize knowledge of engines to help customers identify the parts they need for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Stay informed about new products & parts updates, and changes in engine specifications to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or parts sales in the engine or diesel industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of diesel engine components and systems, with the ability to quickly identify parts and resolve customer issues.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear, concise information to customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with order management systems and software, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience with Kubota engines or similar diesel engines is a plus.

This position is based at our Rock Hill, SC Headquarters location and operates on a standard Monday through Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay, with the potential for performance-based increases.
• Starting pay range is $19.00-$23.00 per hour dependent on experience
