eNGINE is hiring a Help Desk Specialist to support our customer, an insurance company, based in downtown Pittsburgh. This is a hybrid role so candidates will be required to work onsite 2-3x/week and must be local to the area.
Qualifications Include:
- 2 or 4 year degree in information technology or related field
- 1 year of experience working in a help desk position preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer forward mindset
- Familiarity with VMware desktop virtualization preferred
- Hardware/software troubleshooting experience

Salary : $18 - $22
