Your Mission:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inbound Account Executive to join our new business sales team at Engine. In this role, you'll manage inbound leads, run full-cycle sales demos, and play a key role in refining and scaling our inbound sales process.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage the Inbound Queue – Quickly engage, qualify, and convert inbound leads into customers while ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Run Full Sales Demos – Own the full sales cycle from initial call to close, showcasing the value of Engine's platform through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Refine & Scale the Inbound Process – Identify trends, optimize response times, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable inbound strategies.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Acquire and contribute to the onboarding process for new accounts, collaborating with Engine's Account Management team to foster growth in existing accounts
  • Customer Focus: Cultivate enduring relationships with a diverse portfolio of businesses, encouraging exclusive utilization of Engine for hotel bookings
  • Data Cleanliness: Maintain a well-organized and clean pipeline to streamline sales processes and develop expertise in our tech stack by mastering tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to efficiently manage daily operations

What You'll Bring to Engine:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 years of B2B Account Executive sales experience
  • Process Driven Mindset: Expertise with outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong)
  • Competitive Spirit: A track record of high achievements and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Passion: Desire to enhance corporate travel and employee perk programs for businesses
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities with meticulous attention to detail in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong sales acumen, exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is a $80000 base with $50000 variable for a total OTE of $130000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
