Responsibilities:
- Prepare square foot budget prices for contractors.
- Gather and evaluate vendor, labor, and equipment quotations.
- Verify and document vendor pricing.
- Assist with closing activities.
- Complete job file organization and historical data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management, Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in estimating in the construction industry or related field.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Able to read and understand construction documents.
- Proficient in electronic estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
