Our ever-growing list of customers are in the Oil and Gas, Mining, Fuel, Aerospace, EV/Semiconductor, Agriculture, Construction, and Food and Beverage markets. We all work together to hit our Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs)!

Our traditional operating hours are first shift, Monday - Friday — offering a stable schedule in a fast-paced, climate controlled, growth-focused environment.

That’s why we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the charge. This role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives on optimizing operations. You’ll not only oversee. support, and fine-tune daily activities for our 20 Warehouse team—you’ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement through innovative strategies and smart technology, while fostering a culture of pride, accountability and ownership.

Expectations or Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited College or University and five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen training
• APICS preferred
• Familiarity with pressure situations and how to handle them in a professional business manner also required. 
• Tech Skills: Advanced computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Suite and Database systems.
